    Hi community,

    We have integration of Spectrum with Ca SD and now migrating to ServiceNow. The test is done successfully, and integration is working fine. Now we have some customization for incidents between CA Sd and Spectrum that is using the config file to open incidents if device is in some Global Collection in Spectrum it uses specific problem type in SD to open incidents. This facility is not available between ServiceNow and Spectrum integration. How we can achieve this? I tried to use NIM but no clue.

    See my previous comment on the NIM customization. Basically its the same thing. SANM would help you achieve the desired output. You can pass various attributes over to AlarmNotifier and decide on their value what type of incident you need to create. 

    However if you get it working using NIM, I would be interested in seeing how it should be done.
