most of the time i have seen this issue is usually the exe running from Automic. I would suggest running the exe on the host and seeing if there are any errors or notifications that pop up (Usually i have seen these in .net exe's where version mismatch happens). It status active until that notification/error is cleared manually. Please do also check UAC is disabled if it is a Windows server.

Exactly, something like that... It was from the script itself that executes the job and not from the Automic.

Hi Commmunity, Can you give us some idea with the following problem?
There are several jobs that are staying active indefinitely. They do not show any errors in the report and apparently they have to be canceled manually.
