    how can i to measure network connection time of network device in ca spectrum.

    I already have the IC/Device registered by snmp with the ca spectrum tool.
    So how could I make use of these collections and thus get the latency value of the network connection.

    how could i collect latency metric via ca spectrum?

    Spectrum Service Performance Manager (SPM) would be one way to get response time values and alarming. Check out the respective documentation.
