  • 1.  Export Issue after moving to HTTPS

    Hello Team

     

    We have upgraded our SDM 17.1 with https. Everything is fine but we cannot export the tickets, but now export button stopped working.

    pls guide urgently

    Yes i can but cannot export ticket reports.

    Hi Ahmer,

    I would recommend to check the browser console and see what errors you see. You might want to check the Network tab, in the browser DevTools as well, to see which HTTP or HTTPS calls fail.

    I would check the DevTools for both, the main SDM window and the pop-up window, if it get's to open the export pop-up windows.
