Automic Version 21. SP4 HF1 - SSO with SAML

Dear Experts,

We are trying to upgrade our Automic Application from Version 12.3 to Version 21 SP4 HF1 .    Unfortunately we couldn't get the SSO working with SAML. 

We tried with multiple SP's but none is working with SSO on SAML.

Anyone has successfully upgraded to Version 21 and implemented the SSO with SAML in their landscape ? 

We always get the below error with SAML based logon .




And JCP is throwing the below error 

20221206/191316.948 - 42 U00003489 Server 'SBX#WP002' logged on (Client connection='2').
20221206/191318.819 - 46 U00003406 Client connection 'CP001#00000001' from 'XXXX.XXX.XXX.XXX' has logged on to the Server.
20221206/191318.835 - 51 U00003459 Dialog '0000,UNKNOWN,AUT' logged on (Client connection='*CP001#00000001'). 

Since the support for 12.3 is getting over by end of June 2023, we would like to proceed with the upgrade. However we are running in a loop again.


Any advice would be of very big help for me here.

Hi Kaj,

Already a ticket is opened with Support for sometime. 

Are you aware of any SP's where SAML is working as expected in Version 21 ?  We could try testing to that version if available
