    Hello Team,

Approved password view account report from January.

So could you please help on how we can achieve a report from Pam?

    CA PAM Version: 4.0.1

In production, the detail is showing only 3 months. how many times it will store the details (in terms of month)?

    Thanks and regards,
    Shalivahan

Hello, How far back your Credential Management reports data goes is determined by your configuration of the metrics and auditlog data on the Settings > Credential Manager > Auto-Archive page. The default is 7 days. It looks like a PAM admin changed that to 90 days at one point. You can retrieve older data from the session recording share, see e.g. KB 139215, but the information in the archived files is not easily digestable. We don't have a tool to show them in a nice format. A recommendation is to create weekly reports and send them to one or more PAM administrators per email, see the discussion in the above KB. If the data size is not much of a concern for you, you can further increase the number of days on the configuration page. But this will not bring back the data that was archived already.
