Apache HTTPD 2.4.** needs to be upgraded

  • 1.  Apache HTTPD 2.4.** needs to be upgraded

    We had a vulnerability that says that Apache HTTPD 2.4.**  however i for cant find it on the server.  Im pretty new at the technical aspect of the engine so if anyone can point me in the right direct i'd appreciate it
