Agent version are not similar

Dear Folks,

We have almost 25 target machines running on different locations. We are planning to upgrade all our agents from version 12.3.4 to 21.

Since some of the agent server are critical and we are not able to do upgradation now. I wanted to know if it will impact anyhow our other component if agent versions are not same across the environment.

Hi @Vikash Sonar 

you can run different version of Agents connected to the same AE but

• the AE version must be greater or equal the Agent's version
• when doing file-transfers between TLS-agents (Windows/Linux/Unix v21) and Non-TLS-agents you need the TLS-Gateway component
