Adding a new IP node using dashboard

Hello all.

I am trying to add IP on an existing QA machine (that already has IDM and IG)

I have dragged and dropped IP node to and used the Deployed machine.

It is spinning forever, nothing is happening.
Any clue how I can make it work or at least debug the issue?  Not able to see anything on the vapp server itself.

If the dashboard is not functional, is there an alternative to install IP on the server (scripts?)

Hello Charly,
What does the logs says when you try to add this feature?
Can you check the ca_vapp_deployment.log and ca_vapp_main.log in /opt/CA/VirtualAppliance/logs?
I'm sure errors must be there somewhere and they will help to understand the reason.

Hello Charly,

In the screenshot that you have shared it is unable to connect to BEUXASYSIAM01 machine.

Can you please check if it up and running or have any network issues.
