I saw the same behavior when I tested this. I submitted feedback to the Rally Product Management Team advising of this, as neither of the fields aggregate on the Custom List 2.0 app that they are working on. I believe we need to wait for them to address it in a future release of the Custom List 2.0 app as the original custom list is no longer being actively developed.

I am facing an issue with the Rally custom list. Here is what I did.
I created a simple custom list with Team Features as the selected Type. I selected to display the Total leaf story points estimate and the Total Accepted leaf story points estimate. Now, for the Total leaf story points estimate, it displays the aggregated sum at the top, but it doesn't display the aggregated sum for the Accepted leaf story points estimate. Any help will be appreciated.
