    Hello, is ticket DE68889 for us visible to see the progress?

    According to article 261979 Export of Jaspersoft Graphical Reports fails post upgrade of Google Chrome (broadcom.com)

    there is a reference to this ticket.

    I have seen, that TIBCO has already prepared a patch for this and I urgently need an information, when Broadcom will supply also a patch.

    Tibco has provided us a fix on Jaspersoft 8.1.1 only and Jaspersoft 7.8 has been declared end of life by Tibco. We are reviewing the fix and will come up a patch on Jaspersoft. Till continue please set chrome not to do auto upgrade

    any update on this? Keeping an old chrome version is not an option, since it has known vulnerabilities.

    Jaspersoft patch 1 is GA now.

    Hi Suman, thanks for the information. I'm irritated about the name "Patch". I had a look at it and it is a complete new installation.
    So no need to install on a new server first 8.1._6.5.0.X and then 8.1.1_6.5.1.9 afterwards, right?

    If  you are on 7.8 you can directly go to this patch, we have taken this approach as its a single step approach to get to the patch rather upgrading 8.1.1 and than again upgrading to 8.1.1 patch.
