    Hello

I have a PAM cluster with version 3.4.2 which was working without problems, today it is showing me this error message in the console when accessing sessions via SSH with Linux "PAM-CLNT-0007: Session disconnected due to a problem with session recording".

    Hi ,

"PAM-CLNT-0007: Session disconnected due to a problem with session recording" occurs when session recording mount share (either nfs/cifs/Amazon S3) is unavailable. Once PAM can communicate with session recording file share, this error goes away. Make sure the file share is available and PAM is able to communicate to the share properly.
Mean time , You can change access policy to operational safe and then can connect to SSH session.
The few reasons why PAM is not able to communicate to file share might be "port is blocked, NFS share service is not running , Server where file system is installed is not available".
    Hope this clarifies.

    Thanks,
    Tabitha.
