Automic V21 Upgrade - Web Interface Questions / small issues

Hi there,

Upgraded a customer to V21 Service Pack 2 this weekend. Backend runs fine, autoforecast calculation time went down from 30min to 5min. So everything looks pretty nice from the backend side. 

In the Web Interface we have two small issues, where I want to ask the community if there are workarounds / fixes for that:

1) Process Monitoring refresh
When we jump into the activity window (e.g. through the back button, but also by clicking on "process monitoring"), we often have the issue that not all activities are shown, or that half of the activity window is white, and you see one or two activities but not all of them. Once we click one or two times the refresh button, we will have this fixed and see all activities. Is there a fix for this or any options in the web server or browser settings that we could tune?
2) Logon
The logon mask does not remember user name and department as the customer is used to from the previous version. Is there anything we need to configure to get it to work?

We too have seen the 1) point, each time we go to Process Monitoring Prespective. This has been there ever since 21.x was introduced and continues to the Apr 21st build. As of now we use refesh to get the actual list of active processes.

There are several such small issues around v21.x compared to v12.

Hi, the AWI issue with the logon data was fixed with 21.0.3 (released yesterday).

Is this issue for a Linux or Windows environment that was upgraded.  Thanks.
