Why new posts takes much time to be posted ?

Why new posts takes much time to be posted on the community ?
Should NOT the Broadcom community encourage the freedom of sharing opinions ? OR there are some technical problems?

@Ahmed Hamed  -  You are a first-time poster so all posts are moderated as described above where you create your post.

Our Community Mgmt team is global, working in many time zones so it may take some time for your first post to be released.   After your first post is released, you are free to post without moderation.   There are filters that monitor poss so in some cases your post may still be moderated if a stop word is flagged.
