Not receiving any digest emails or any emails from community site

  • 1.  Not receiving any digest emails or any emails from community site

    I opened a support case for the support portal (not sure it will go to the right team though), about this.  Since rejoining the communities 9 months ago with a new company an email address, I have not received any digest emails or any emails from the community site.  I tried all settings and multiple emails and have ruled out spam folders etc.

    Can you please review my account and make sure it is not connected to my old company email address or whatever the issue is please.
