error TSV type attribute 'cost' has **** segment start or finish dates

When trying edit cells for some cost plan we get the following error:

"TSV type attribute 'cost' has **** segment start or finish dates." We get this error for two specific months (September and October 2023), all the other months work fine.

We check that the dates defined as needed and the problematic months are in the range of the period.

We also make sure that the cost plan period types are match and this issue does not appear in Classic.

We can't find any reason for that to happen and we will appreciate the help.
