    @Michael A. Lowrywhat page did you start on to get no results?   I logged in to Enterprise Software and searched the same and the results are as follows:

    We just rolled out the recommended search results last week.  I will share your feedback with the leads from the software group.

    This is the KB search box that appears when opening a support case. It appears even if there are no hits.

    Yes, this useless screen appears during creation of a support case after you have filled out the Subject field and then click in the Description field. 

    If you close the empty KB search screen and click in the subject field and then back in the Description field, the empty useless KB search screen reappears...
