Vsphere client is not working after vCenter IP change

I changed the vCenter IP address via console (press F2 and change IP address).

After I restarted vCenter server, it goes to log in page and suddenly I cannot use my root password.

So I reset root password. after reset, i can only log in to vCenter server management interface (https://IPaddress:5480) and cannot log in the vsphere client anymore. 

I found out that some servers are not up and running after I tried several service restart. Please advise.

Hi @Danny HM,

Please try accessing the vSphere Client with FQDN, for example: https://<vc-fqdn>/ui.
