  • 1.  vSphere GPU Monitoring deployment

    After the OVA deployment is completed, the vCenter "Install Solution" task is stuck at 80% for some time.
    Both certificates (root/inter) are imported into vCenter.

    When the task completes, no plugin is found in Client Pugins and no shortcut is created. The VM is running and has a DHCP IP assigned.

    We are running vSphere 8.0 U2, NVIDIA L4 GPUs.

    We assigned a static IP when deploying the OVA, now the plugin has been installed. The shortcut displays the following error message

    GPU metrics cannot be collected or the request was canceled. Please try the following:


    Restart the plugin containers
    Restart the operating system in the VM plugin
    Restart the VM
    Make sure you have a stable internet connection

    Having the exact same issue. After importing the certificates locally aswell as in the vCenter and diving into networking config aswell as the setup routine and the services I cant get it up and running...
