I just downloaded Nested ESXi8.0u3b Appliance Template and imported it to Workstation 17.6 as i tried to start the vm it says failed during start with no further hint. Is this issue known?

Apologies - It looks like there were some upload issues, I've since fixed 7.0U3N-P and all 8.x, please give those a try. I'll re-upload 7.0U1D later today

Yes, I saw this last night. Great to see...
However, I had problems extracting the following zip files:
Nested_ESXi7_0u1d_Appliance_Template_v1_ova-dl.zip
Nested_ESXi7_0u3n_Appliance_Template_v1_ova-dl.zip
Nested_ESXi7_0u3o_Appliance_Template_v2_ova-dl.zip
Nested_ESXi7_0u3p_Appliance_Template_v1_ova-dl.zip
Nested_ESXi8_0u1d_Appliance_Template_v1_ova-dl.zip
Nested_ESXi8_0u2_Appliance_Template_v2_ova-dl.zip
Nested_ESXi8_0u2b_Appliance_Template_v1_ova-dl.zip
I assume they're corrupted zip archives, as the others all open ok, and I've been able to upload them into a Content Library in vSphere

They are now posted as a fling. You can no longer subscribe to them as Broadcom has put them behind a login. I've also noticed that it looks like the VMDK's for each VA are missing unless I am missing something in the download process.

Hello, I'd love to know if/when the ESXi appliance template ova images will be available?
And/or if the Published Content Library (previously available at https://download3.vmware.com/software/vmw-tools/lib.json ) will be made available? This was a really useful when spinning up different versions of vSphere in a lab environment.
Alternatively, could these OVA/OVF appliances be generated locally either by manually creating a nested ESXi VM and exporting?
