    Is there an API call to notify an org user after making a change?

    For example if I use the API to change their password, is there another call I can make to have them get an email notification? I know I can send an email on my own but was wondering if there is already a mechanism in place.

    Not an API call.  I think the design is to hook into the AMQP message bus via VCO (or other workflow tool) in order to send custom messages on business rule events.

    Thanks, we are setting this up as I type. Lots of good notifications to be had!!
