Hi All,

Would a VCF 9.0.2 import (converge) into a 10-Node stretched management domain (MGMT + Prod Workloads co-located in single MGMT Domain) be supported for a current vSphere 8 ESXi + vCenter Solution that uses iSCSI Storage in a vSphere Metro Cluster (vMSC) across 2 sites as the principal storage?

  1. Current solution in place:
    • 2 x sites in the same region (2 buildings on same site)
    • HPE Nimble iSCSI Storage array in both sites, setup with synchronous replication between buildings (vMSC)
    • 1 vSphere Cluster containing all 10 hosts
    • 10 x VMware ESXi 8.x hosts (5 in each building) using the above stretched iSCSI Storage for all VMs
    • 1 x vCenter Server
    • Layer 2 Networking between both buildings

  1. Requirement:
    • As vSphere 8.x EOS in Oct 2027, plan is to migrate/import/converge current solution above to VCF 9.

  1. Considerations:

Thanks
