VCF upgrade 4.5.1 to 5.1.1 air-gapped environment

I uploaded the manifest and bundles successfully to the SDDC manager. The SDDC manager updated to 5.1.1, next was NSX. Unfortunately, I had “Compatibility Matrix” JSON file was missing and I mitigated by updating the property “vcf.compatibility.controllers.compatibilityCheckEnabled” to false.

This worked and I was able to move forward with NSX. But I waited a week and when I revisited SDDC, under Available Updates, the "Schedule Now" or "Update Now" is missing. It shows my Upgrade Plan and Bundles 1 of 3 installed but I have no option to continue. I verified bundles and manifest file thru the API.

Has anyone seen this?

I ended up reloading the bundle for the VxRails as I was not seeing it in Lifecycle Management/Bundle Management. With ./lcm-bundle-transfer-util -upload "uploadPartnerBundle" -bundleDirectory  /nfs/vmware/vcf/nfs-mount/bundle/VxRBundle

It loaded successfully and I now see an option to continue forward with the upgrade in SDDC. NSX was next to update from 3.2.2. to 4.1.2.3 and it was successful for the edge nodes and manager. Also Vcenter was sucessfull.
