Urgently need .vib for nested ESX : esx-tools-for-esxi-9.7.0-0.0.00000.i386.vib

Hi community, 

Need Urgently the esx-tools-for-esxi-9.7.0-0.0.00000.i386.vib  for a a nested solution of ESX 4.1 - 32 bits (yap...) on a ESXi 7 ... .  It's a for a client that had an Outage .  I've done the 'transport' for the ESXi - 7 , but i cannot activate the network part.  HELP please !

I know  it existed in the old flings site.

How can i obtain it ?
