Unable to install USB NIC fling on latest version of ESXi

Hi all,

I've managed to download the new ESXi 8.0U3e version from the support portal, but can't find a way to install the USB NIC fling as there is no offline archive.

Has anyone had success in installing this? The server I'm installing on doesn't have a PCIe NIC so I can't install ESXi until the driver is installed.
