 Set-HardDisk expanding shared vVol disks

We discovered recently that when using PowerCLI to hot expand a shared vVol disk between multiple windows VM nodes using Set-HardDisk, it only expands the disk for the 1 VM node that it is run against. If you expand the shared vVol disk using the vCenter GUI on one of the nodes, it expands the disk on all nodes the disk is shared with. Is this a bug with Set-HardDisk? Or is the proper procedure that we must run Set-HardDisk for the disk on every node that shares the disk (is that safe)? We were using v13.2.1.22851661 of PowerCLI

Afaik, KB313527 mentions that hot extending a shared VMDK located on VVOLS backed datastores is supported from  "... vSphere 8.0 update 2 onwards".
I don't think that the latest PowerCLI release (13.2.1)  supports this feature yet.

To make sure I suggest opening an SR.
