After downloading VMware V17.6.4 virtual machine software installation on your website, I opened the virtual machine project and entered its system (WIN10). I downloaded VMware Tools 13.0.5 (latest version) from your website and installed VMware Tools 13.0.5 in the virtual machine system (confirmed to be manually loaded with the corresponding VM TOOLS 13.0.5 ISO file through the CD ROM in the virtual machine settings). However, after the virtual machine system was restarted, the version displayed by double clicking the VMware Tools icon in the taskbar system box was actually VMware Tools 12.5.3. This makes me very puzzled and puzzled. Can you do software without testing? Can you achieve this level of freedom? Could you please correct this bug?
