Basic accounts can’t open tickets or chats with support. If you’re having issues with screening, place a phone call to Broadcom Support, ask for Customer Care and indicate you’re having a web site access issue. Don’t try to open a technical support case.
That’s the best (and maybe only) way to get over the screening issue.
