SRM supports environments with a linked mode configuration and it is not recommended to install more than one SRM server into the same ELM group. When looking at protecting the management VMs for a VCF environment, I suggest looking at this document for more information since it outlines what makes sense to protect to a DR site vs. what should be run as a separate instance and not replicated.
