I have 17.6.2 installed and want to upgrade to latest version. I go though the process and get to the download page. From there, I cannot "agree to terms and conditions", I get the red circle with diagonal line and cannot proceed further. Broadcom says, "VMware Workstation Pro is now free for commercial, educational, and personal use. You no longer require a license key."
This is for personal use as I like to experiment with different OSes. What am I missing?
The click on the "Terms and Conditions" link right next to the checkbox :) Which will pop-up the T&C which you "have to" read. I don't recall if you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to mark it read, but that never hurts. Then you can close it and the checkbox will be available.
I don't know exactly, maybe you are not a valid user for US software, but since it is Free, you can download it from anywhere.
