Hello team,

I have a question regarding NAT functionality.

When configuring NAT on EdgeGateway, is the source port (SourcePort) modified?

If the source port is modified by default, please advise if there is a setting to prevent source port modification.

Hi, are you talking about NSX-V here? Because in NSX(T) there is no field to edit the SourcePort.

Not quite sure what you are referring to, but it doesn't look like this behaviour is what I've seen on our environments yet. Hope this helps.

Hi, thank you for your comment. I am talking about NSX, not NSX-V.

In this Kb, if we set reflective NAT then source port does not change, but now I am in trouble how to set reflective NAT from VCD edgeGateway.

Ah yes, that is why I mentioned there is no field to edit. In VCD you can't do this as far as I know, you would have to go into the back-end nsx and do it there.
