Windows 11 Disk Size Increase

I need to increase the size of the system disk for my VM in order to update Windows 11. How can I increase the size of the system partition?

If you're running Windows 10:

• Shut down the VM
• Go the the VM's settings in the Fusion GUI
• Click on the Hard Disk icon in the settings panel.
• Increase the size of the virtual disk to 64GB or larger.
• Boot the Windows VM
• Follow the procedure in https://thedxt.ca/2023/06/moving-windows-recovery-partition-correctly/ to move the Windows recovery partition and expand the C: drive to fill the unallocated space. This can be done while Windows is running and without having to install or purchase any third party utility.
