What impact will changing SSO password have on ELM?

Hi

i have 2 VCSAs connected in ELM.

I need to changed the [e-mail] password, I am happy how to do the password change within the VSphere GUI, but what impact will this change have on ELM.  Will it break?

Hi, yes you can change this without causing an issue, once this is changed it will synchronize to the partner (Embedded PSC in the other VCSA) so they are both updated.

Seconded. No issue at all. Have done this a couple of times in our 3 x vCenter ELM environment.

The password change will be written to the SSO database of the vCenter you change the pwd on, then synchronized to the other vCenter, I believe almost immediately (dependant on latency between vCenters of course )
