  • 1.  vsphere client and copy paste

    Ok so i am trying to learn vmware.  i have installed ESX 6 on a server and I am connecting from Windows 10 client via vsphere.  I have installed Oracle linux 6 and installed vmware tools and verifired they are running.  I have tried the

    isolation.tools.copy.disable=”FALSE”

    isolation.tools.paste.disable=”FALSE”

    in  the config for the VM yet when i go to copy and paste nothing happens.  What am i missing?

    Just some text i copied from a notepad file.  it doesn't matter what I try.  From what i read this is possible so just curious why it doesn't work and how to troubleshoot it.
