Hello.

My vCenter 8 firewall rules are set up like this, but I can still access vCenter from any computer in my network. What am I doing wrong?

Your rules seems to be good. If you are adding a single IP then add it with CIDR /32 instead of /24 .

What do you mean by firewall doesn't work?

Have you changed your IP from 192.168.2.7/24 to 192.168.2.7/32 and 192.168.2.102/24 to 192.168.2.102/32?

If you allow specific IPs it'll allow access from only those IPs. If you allow networks/prefixes it'll allow all IPs in that segment.
