    Hi, I am trying to trigger a vRO workflow from a vRops alert. The vRO management pack is installed in the vRops and can view the workflow in the vRops inventory. I have configured the workflow in the alert recommendation and auto recommended action is enabled. But when the alert is triggered the workflow is grayed out in the alert as seen in the screenshot and it is not triggering the workflow. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

    What is your adapter type when creating the recommendation?

    i have the same issue, am using vCenter adapter.

    also when i tried to create new action the "Begin action" is Gaye out with admin user
