vRA 8 reporting per project

Hi,

has anyone found a way to get some nice reports of Deployments per Project or per user in vRA 8?

I have more than 8000 deployments in vRA and offering some kind of reporting per Project or Per Deployment owner would be great. I just don't know where to start.

Someone tried already something? Thanks

Hello, 

I had been working on different detailed breakdowns for deployments in our environment. The deployment API can filter off the project id, so limiting results is fairly easy. 

 https://api.mgmt.cloud.vmware.com/deployment/api/deployments?expand&$filter=(projectId eq 'yourprojectId')

I have a generic "all machines of this operating system" report that I have provided to my platform teams so that they can generate a CSV of their inventory. I've created a report that uses the PowerShell GridView to create a GUI that I pull up during change management meetings. For example, my fabrik network report allows me to provide tags that would be used during build.
