VMware Workstation (vcpu-0 / Exception 0x80000003) error

Hi, I'm having a problem with VMware Workstation Pro. When I'm working in a lab, after a few minutes the virtual machine crashes and gives me the following error: VMware Workstation (vcpu-0 / Exception 0x80000003). I already did all this steps: 

To troubleshoot this issue, you may want to check:

1. The health of your physical disk where the virtual machine is stored.
2. If there are any conflicting background processes on your host machine.
3. Your host's hardware drivers, particularly for the CPU and storage controller.

but nothing seems to work. Does anybody knows how to solve it?

I have a quick question to help identify the possible cause of the issue-could you please confirm if Hyper-V is enabled on your host?
