is there any change in environment like power/storage outage etc
What type of data store you are using VSAN or other ,
No outage and vcsa is running on vmfs ..not using vsan
There are multiple reason for vpxd hung with out log could not tell exact reason ,
if you can provide vpxd log then would be good , or you can follow this KB and check which symptom matched with your problem.
