    I am looking for the easiest way to upgrade VMTools  to 10.3.10 which is OOB.

    I only have 3 VMs. Can I download the ISO and just run the upgrade from within the VM?

    Yes, you can install this within the VM. Download it from VMware Tools 10.3.10
