I have a system with 2 identical ARM Cortex A72 processor in a SoC. There is no connection between these 2 ARM Cortex A72 processor. Here i can run hypervisor with Linux manages 1  ARM Cortex A72 processor & baremetal runs in another ARM Cortex A72 processor. Does vmware hypervisor supports this configuration ?

Which VMware product are you asking about, ESXi (also known as vSphere Hypervisor) or something else?

Not any specific vmware product. In general, any vmware product does support this ?

VMware has 2 hypervisors which run on ARM, Fusion and ESXi.

Fusion is in Tech Preview for Apple Macs that use the M1 processor - learn more here: https://communities.vmware.com/t5/Fusion-for-Apple-Silicon-Tech/ct-p/3022

ESXi has a "fling", more here: https://flings.vmware.com/esxi-arm-edition

I think the short answer to your question is a no, but I'm not sure I fully understand the system architecture you're describing.
