VMware Skyline Operational Summary Report

Hi all,

I recently set up the Skyline collector in our first environment, and every time it runs we then get an email titled "VMware Skyline Operational Summary Report", letting us know an OSR is ready for download.

I'm likely missing something really simple, but I checked in the collector settings and online, but I can't find where to disable this email notification. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Thank you for sharing these details,

Please share the Company name, So that we could investigate this in the backend server.

Also confirm if you are still receiving the email, as the emails had to be stopped from last week, Post Advisor launch.

As Advisor was the replacement for the Skyline Operation Summery Report which was delivered through email.

I can confirm we are still receiving the email, I received one a few hours ago.

The company name being shown in the advisor portal is Vifx Ltd.

Hello Matt​,

Please confirm if you have stopped receiving OSR email from Skyline.

As we have now updated Skyline platform side. Early access component is deprecated.

Marking this question as correct answer due to inactivity. Please respond to this thread if the issue persists.
