Unfortunately I cannot get in with this fix as I had Skyline under a different email address and it auto fills after putting in the correct email to the one associated with my account instead and it is greyed out at that point. Support is no help and says what I don't have access to and wont fix it. the transition in simple terms has been dismal.

I was having the same issue today, and i'm not a omnissa customer, but i found that if i use my private/incognito chrome browser i'm able to login with my registered broadcom account. I'm assuming if i clear my browser cache, it will work.

Hello,
I am trying to access skyline advisor but the service seems to be unreachable.
I tried connecting to the old VMware cloud services url, i connected successfully but when i click on VMware Skyline Advisor from the available services i get an error:
HTTP ERROR 431
This page isn't working
I contacted Broadcom support and they told me that this service has been migrated to Omnissa customer connect portal and i should connect to this site:
https://customerconnect.omnissa.com
I tried to connect there but it seems that my credentials are not valid.
I request "Forgot password" in order to receive an authentication code but when i do that i get the following error:
We found that you do not have an account registered with us. To avail all the services with Customer Connect, please sign up.
I contacted Omnissa support as well but they are saying that they dont have VMware Skyline Advisor as one of the provided services through their portal so i should not use their customer connect portal to connect.
I dont know how i should connect to this service now.
Can you please advise?
