I am encountering the error mentioned in the title on the virtual machine with the specifications I've provided below. This error occurs only once each time the VM is restarted. In other words, I do not encounter this error periodically. Below is an example of the steps to reproduce the issue:

    1. Log in to the MacBook.
    2. Launch VMware Fusion and log in to one of the Windows user accounts.
    3. After some time, the error appears.

When I click the "Restart" button on the error screen, I do not encounter the error again as long as the VM remains running. However, whenever the VM is shut down, I encounter this error once during the first login. I will also share the logs as an attachment.

    System Info:

    Macbook pro m3 max 48gb Sequoia 15.2

    VM:

    Windows 11 arm64 v22631.4460

I am currently trying to figure out what causes this problem, as the behaviour is exactly the same I am experiencing - did you ever find a reason for the problem, or even better, a solution?

I see that you posted this in November 2024, and apparently nobody in the community except us two has ever encountered this? Or is it rather that nobody can be bothered about providing a possible solution?

Given that the original post is over a year and a half old, and both Fusion and Windows 11 ARM have had many updates, Same behavior also doesn't mean same cause, especially without knowing all the details about your configuration

I'd suggest starting a new thread and provide complete details about what's happening in your case. Include Mac model, screen shots, versions of all software involved (including the Windows 11 build number and version of VMware Tools installed) and all of the log files found in the vm's bundle folder.

I'd lean more toward the opinion that other people have not seen this.
