vmware conver giving error while restoring the virtual machine

    hi i m using vi3 for my virtual environment. few days back my one virtual machines got currpted. but we have a back up image taken by vcb for that machine.when i tried to restore that machine it always shws error at 87 % that unknown error return by vmware convertor agent.
