Hi,
following infrastructure:
ESX-Cluster with 6 vSphere 6.0 Servers.
4 uplinks connected to a vDS.
The port Groups have "Beacon probing" as Failover Detection and Route Based on Originating Virtual Port as Load Balacing.
Two uplinks belong to port Group A, and the other two uplinks belong to Group B.
Everything works fine, since i added a new port Group C and connected 2 new uplinks to that Group.
Now VMs in port Group B are flapping between vmnic0 und vmnic1 - i can see that in the Network view of esxtop - and we have connectivity issues.
I've tried to find the beacon packets with wireshark, and it seems that nics from port Group c are sending probes to other nics in the other port Groups.
But Routing denies forwarding those packets.
Has someone ideas?
