Hello,
vMotion should enabled on each host in order to move VM between them, is this true?
if Yes what is the IP address of each one? OR How i should configure its network, I mean what is the IP address specifications that i should consider ?
hi
Yes, it is true and you need vCenter server. Without vcenter server vMotion is not possible.
Ip specification is up to you, the most important is each server needs vMotion IP from the same IP range.

In order to be able to use vMotion (or DRS, depending on your license) you need to configure a virtual vMotion network. As a best practice, you should run vMotion in a private, non-routed network (usually 192.168.x.x) with dedicated uplinks.
Depending on your needs you can - as of vSphere 5 - add additional bandwidth to the vMotion network by configuring Multiple-NIC-vMotion (see http://kb.vmware.com/kb/2007467)

If possible, it is also recommended to isolate the network inside a specific VLAN which only contains the selected private IP subnet used for vMotion.
Create VMkernel Portgroup with vMotion Enabled and use seperate IP Network for vMotion.
