VMDirectPathIO support on Dell Rx20 (12th generation)

I checked the HCL and it doesn't show any of the Dell x20 series servers as compatible with VMDirectPathIO. Is this accurate, or is this an accidental omission from the list? It seems odd (but certainly possible) that the prior (11th generation) and next (13th generation) series of servers are compatible but the 12th generation isn't.

On a related note, is there is a list of PCI cards that is compatible with VMDirectPathIO? I am specifically interested in the LSI 9201-16e.

I have seen I/O device compatibility list for SR-IOV, but not DirectPath I/O. My best advice is to check vendor documentation for any clue on whether it's been tested with DirectPath I/O.
