Can you check my vcpu desing and what is best ?  esxi host 2x 12 core . and i checked cpu ready time %0.5. i have 2 sockets (physical) but why vmware support 4 sockets ? and How do I know whether the problem

I'm not sure I understand this part of your question:

0.5% RDY is not bad at all for normal workloads, generally speaking it is a problem above 4.0 and needs to be looked into. You're going to always have some kind of %RDY  value if you are under contention.
