VM Cost vs. Price

I have wanted to use thee price engine in the Aria Operations. As I know, I set everything correctly.

But, when I check the values on the dashboards, the price is very small related to the cost. 

What did I wrong?

Pricing policies are based on the cost or based on the rate.
Cost is like factor, if you are paying $x for day then we give the price based 1.1x for the day which mean its price will be 1.1x for day.
So here in dashboard it's saying that data (price) till now for month.

Thank you! But the Month to Date Price why is to low? And according to the screenshot, what is the actula price (month to date)?
